Forgive me, but one of the privileges of writing a blog is the ability to document things in one’s life of which that they want to keep track. If you’ve been reading this blog for more than a week or two, you’ll note I like to do that with little accolades here and there. This week, it’s a feature in an article for Quick Serve Restaurant Magazine, claiming I’m an expert along with the some of biggest processors in the world. It’s both hilarious and flattering, and also makes you love phone interviews so they interviewer didn’t bias her impression of me as a 26 year old female in the business for less than two years. Either way, take a read, particularly if you own a business or work in one that accepts credit cards.
